Education & Experience

Miss Katie graduated from the University of Utah with her Master's Degree in Early Childhood Special Education, and her Bachelor's Degree in Human Development & Family Studies.

Miss Katie was a preschool teacher/consultant throughout preschools in Salt Lake and Davis County. As an Early Childhood Special Education Consultant for Davis School District, she helped preschool teachers develop lesson plans to accommodate children with learning differences.

Miss Katie currently facilitates positive parenting courses throughout Utah. She implements Lead, Guide, Walk Beside techniques with her own four children on a daily basis to promote positive behavior.
